Can I customize my bundle?
Yes, we are happy to work with you whenever possible. Simply fill out any modifications you prefer at the end of the onboarding form and our team will reach out to verify.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course. There are no long term commitments and all item rentals are month-to-month meaning you're free to change at any time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time. Simply leave your items on your porch and we will pick them up.
What happens if an item is damaged?
Normal wear and tear is completely expected, and our care team ensures every returned item is up to standards before sharing with the next family.

For any damage that is larger and/or impacts the ability to use the product we have a “don't sweat the small stuff” policy. We don't charge for any damage that is repairable, or for any damage that requires replacement of an item and/or parts that retail for $25 or less. For higher-valued items, or if abuse is suspected, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the item's retail value.
How does billing work?
We use Stripe, an industry standard payment processor, to handle all payments. We do not otherwise store any credit card information. Because subscriptions are month-to-month you are free to cancel at any time.
